1 Bedroom studio consists of a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and lani

The Kitchenette has half refrigerator, sink, microwave, large toaster / oven, coffee pot, blender, and a George Foreman electric grill,  The Kitchenette contains all your utensils, dishes and cups, both ceramic and paper

• The refrigerator initially has some waters, and soda for your use at no charge.  
  

• There is a large supply of water in the closet for your use. No need to bring your own.

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower.  Bathroom has lighted make-up mirror and hair dryer for preparing yourself to party.

• We provide Shampoo and conditioner, hand soaps, both bar and liquid along with     miscellaneous other items
  

The screened in lanai contains 2 comfitable chairs with a table for enjoying the cooler nights

The Bedroom has king-size bed with pillow top mattress and a large 50 inch smart LCD High Definition TV that includes Spectrum Cable and a Firestick.

• The Cable has all of the standard spectrum line up including multiple movie channels (showtime, HBO, max, etc.). signed in on our account
  

• The Firestick is signed into our account for Netflex, Prime, Paramount and Hulu for your additional viewing.
  

Secure WiFi connection available within studio at a 500 Megabyte speed

The Unit contains granite counters and commercial moonlight white flooring. 

Towels and sheets provided. Beach towels included for use down in pool area. Robes in room for your comfort.  

The unit also has available within it for your use, an iron and ironing board, folding table and chairs, beach chairs and cooler, plus a safe for your valuables.
