​at Paradise Lakes Resort

.We rent out our Studio in the Fountains Condos located in the Paradise Lakes Resort Community.   Paradise Lakes is a nudist community that was started in 1981.  It has grown to include over 500 Homes, Condos, and manufactured homes along with parking for RVs.  The central element of the community is the Paradise Lakes Resort Club.  As members and visitors to the Club you have access to 6 pools (2 main pools, 2 volley ball pools, a conversation pool and a hot tub), a night club, a key west bar, a gym on site, and a restaurant.  As a visitor, you are responsible for the entry fees to the Club as they are not included in our rental fee.  The community consists of 71 acres in Pasco County, north of Tampa Florida, a 20 minute ride from the Tama international Airport.  While the club has a fully functioning Hotel, there are several advantages to staying in a privately owned Studio like ours instead of the Hotel.  You may be nude anywhere with the community gates on the 71 acres of the community.  There is no fees associated with being in the community, only if you go inside the club itself..  There are several patio areas in the privately owned sections including a nice one as part of the Fountains Condos.  There may be days that you want to visit the other larger and more upscale Club called Caliente or just relax on our fountains patio where you can be naked with no fees.  On these days, you do not pay the Paradise Lakes Resort Club Fees if you do not go into the Club whereas if you stay at the hotel, you will pay for every day whether you use the club or not.  in addition, you may have food delivered or cooked in the private units like ours whereas the Club does not allow any food or drink to be brought in from the outside.

Our studio was originally renovated in 2008 and included granite counter tops, a half kitchen, private bathroom, king size bed, private porch, full internet and cable channels including the most popular premium channels plus its own entrance.  In July 2024, we again updated the studio with new flooring, fresh paint inside the studio, replaced the TV, and added new window treatments.  The condo association also painted all 5 fountains buildings, while also enhancing the outside lighting. Please see our photos and a full description of the amenities.  We have set up our studio for short term guests, 2 day to a week (2 days are our minimum rental, 28 days is our maximum).  We provide all the amenties that you would find in a hotel room and more.  We only rent thru Airbnb and VRBO.  Follow this link for our Airbnb website https://www.airbnb.com/h/paradiselakesresortrentals
